Marian Cromeans Obituary
Services for Marian Ann Cromeans age 75, of Houston Will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, October 3, 2024 at Bailey & Foster Funeral Chapel, Grapeland with Bro. Charles “Chuck” Allen officiating. Burial will follow in San Pedro Cemetery. A visitation will be held at 10:00 A.M. one hour before the service. Arrangements have been entrusted to Bailey & Foster.
Mrs. Cromeans passed away Friday, September 27, 2024 in Spring, Texas. She was born April 5, 1949 in Houston, Texas to Joseph Leo Manning, Jr. and Billie Ruth Smith Manning. Mrs. Cromeans worked as a bookkeeper.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Steve Cromeans, brother, Joe “Beau” Manning, sister Pamela “PJ” Robertson, nephew, Jared Ray Meyer, grandparents, Leo and Emma Manning, and Leonce and Lillian Smith.
She is survived by her sons, John Baker and wife Michelle, Jason Baker and Laura Stapleton, grandsons, Christopher Baker and James Baker, parents, Billie and Ed Hulsey, sister Kay Tippetts and husband Troy and half sister Belinda Manning.
Those honored to serve as pallbearers will be John Baker, Christopher Baker, Jason Baker, James Baker Austin Trammell and Garrett Cavaiuolo.

You're both gone now. I know we fought and argued, but I still love you and will always miss y'all greatly. Don't y'all worry about me, I'll be just fine. Have fun up there dancing, hunting, fishing, and gambling.. well if that's even allowed.

So sad to hear of her passing. She was a good friend for 25 years. She tutored me with great patience, helping me learn the ropes of Computers when I was a newbie and we first met in the AOL 'Chat-Rooms' in the late 1990's. We'd have great fun matching wits with jokes and topics of the day. While I never met her in person or spoke with her on the phone, I felt a close friendship with her all these years,
and I'll miss her very much.
