My condolences to the Killion family. Dr. Killion was my 3 sons' pediatrician starting in 1983 all the way until adulthood. He was always kind and patient with my boy as they got rambunctious while waiting in the room. Dr. Killion's obituary said everything I would have imagined he was as a person. He is now in glory with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Dr. Killion was one of the nicest people I've known! I was fortunate enough to have him as my Daughters pediatrician. He was always such a soothing doctor when it came to caring for my daughter. I actually found a laminated opinion article that Dr. Killion wrote about my dad, Gordon Bramwell of Pleasant Pharmacy when he had passed away. I believe on the day Dr. Killion passed away. They had a remarkable relationship. Both the best at what they did! Thank you for all you did for all of your patients! You have been truly missed!

Our sincere condolences to the Killion family. Dr. Killion was our pediatrician, and we stayed in touch after the children grew up with cards at Christmas, birthdays and such. He was a very wonderfully giving person. He was there for my husband and I more than I could say, after the birth of our triplets. In general John was there at a time in our life when we really needed it. I have a Christmas card he sent us with all of his children with Anita and him. Every Christmas I put it on our tree. God bless you John. RIP. Colleen & Eric Lawson.

Dr. Killion was a role model for me and the reason I became a physician. He was always so supportive of my family and parents.
He was a Saint in all our eyes. He will never be forgotten and continues to serve as a guiding light for those of who committed to help others.
God blessed us with his presence.

I was one of Dr. Killion’s 1st babies the year he went into practice. When I was pregnant with my first child, he wasn’t accepting new patients. I told Mary I would send flowers and buy pizza everyday until they took my baby girl as a patient. I wouldn’t trust any pediatrician except Dr. Killion. They said yes! My son was blessed to be cared by Dr. Killion as well. When he retired, I made him a large framed collage with pictures and newspaper clippings. He loved it. We never lost touch and would go out for lunch every so often. He was a wonderful doctor, man and friend. My life was better because he was in it. You will be missed Dr. Killion. My heartfelt condolences to his family.

I am sorry about the loss of your father. He clearly lived a life where medicine was a vocation in the purest sense. He was a good man, example and role model with a life of service to others. May he rest in peace.

Dr. Killion was great guy. He was my pediatrician way back during the Pleasant Street days and later when he moved to the then new Sturdy Pediatrics building. When I was a child, he told me to always where my bike helmet. To this day, I think of him when my own children don't put their bike helmets on.

Our oldest daughter was one of his first patients when he came to Attleboro. We added two more as our family grew. He cared for his patients as he would if they were his own. With love kindness and knowledge that surpassed our expectations. He will be missed and never forgotten. The Cotton family...Amy,Stacey and Alison

Another memory regarding the care he gave his patients was when my daughter, Brigit, was diagnosed with juvenile rheumatoid arthritis at one year old. When she wasn't improving, Dr. Killion sent a letter to Dr. Calabro who he interned under at St. Vincent Hospital in Worcester. In four years, she was in remission and has not had a recurrence since, over 40 years.

Dr.Killion gave me words of wisdom that I use to this day. As my children were nearing the wonderful teen years he said, choose your battles and make sure they are worth winning. He didn't talk the talk he walked the walk. You are loved and will be missed.

I remember when my oldest child was an infant. He was running a fever, and Dr. Killion said I could come right in even though it was the end of the day. My husband was working, so I got a ride from a neighbor. I called my husband's workplace for them to leave a message to pick me up at Dr. Killion's office. He never got the message. After closing the office, Dr. Killion came out, and I was sitting on the stairs. When I told him what happened, he asked where I lived. He gave me a ride home. I was very, impressed that he would do that. He treated all four of my children, and two of my grandchildren, Brandy Porter, and Kelsey McLaughlin.
Love,

Dr. Killion was my children´s pediatrician. More than being a wonderful physician, he was a kind and caring man. I knew my children would always receive the best care and have Dr. Killion´s undivided attention when they were his patient.
My sincere condolences to your family.

Dr. Killion was pediatrician to my two children. He always made us feel special, as I'm sure he did for all of his patients. He always gave the best advice, a smile that all would be ok and that we were doing a great job raising our children. I have thought of him often over the years and wondered how he was doing. Our gratitude for his years of service to his patients and their families. Our thoughts are with his family and friends at this time.
