Anna Combs Obituary

Anna Lee Combs born April 4, 1940 departed this life on Wednesday June 5, 2024 at the Greg & Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center being 84-years old. Anna Lee was born in Hazard, Kentucky the daughter of the late John McIntosh and the late Ivory Campbell McIntosh. Other than her parents, Anna Lee was also preceded in death by her husband, R.B. Combs; son, Arthur Dale Combs; sister, Geraldine Campbell. Anna Lee enjoyed fishing and crafting, but most of all going to church serving her Lord and Savior.
Anna Lee Combs leaves the following relatives to cherish her memory: Children, Robert Combs & Nina of Busy, Johnny Ray Combs & Donna of Busy, Hershel Lee Combs of Bonnyman, Angie Lawson & Joe of Booneville, and Sally Engle of Bonnyman; brother, J.L. McIntosh of Busy; sisters, Rose Depew of Manchester and Norma Jean Baker & Paul of Vanceburg, KY; also a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, one great-great-grandchild, numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends survive.
There will be a Visitation to honor Anna Lee Combs on Monday June 10, 2024 at the Engle-Bowling Funeral Home from 6:00 – 8:00 P.M.
