Harold Lee "Hoppie" Hopkins, age 74, passed away Tuesday January 27, 2026, at Glasgow State Nursing Facility in Glasgow, KY. He was born November 16, 1951, in Madison County to the late Homer Lee and Helen Lee Collins Hopkins. Harold loved walking, any day you would see him walking through town. He enjoyed visiting with family and friends, joking, kidding around, and aggravating them. When he was able Harold enjoyed attending services at Kirby Knob First Church of God.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Elizabeth Hopkins, and one niece, Eva Masters Agee.

Harold is survived by three siblings, Norma Faye Millsaps of Berea, KY, Michael Roy Hopkins of Berea, KY, Dorothy Masters and her husband Rev. Tommy Masters of Sumter SC, and nephew/caregiver, Stephen Hopkins (RayNikkia), one sister-in-law Bonnie Hopkins, and special aunt Lorraine Hopkins Masters. Several other nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be 1:00PM Monday February 2, 2026, at Davis & Powell Funeral Home with Rev. Doug Collins officiating. You may view the service live at www.davisandpowellfuneralhome.com Burial will follow in the Silver Creek Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Gene Collins, Debbie Collins, Jeff Himes, Leonard Bratcher, Jr. Collins, Kenny Bratcher, Rodney Collins, and Andrew Millsaps. Honorary pallbearers are Doug Collins, Roger & Sharon Jones, Tammy Alexander, Lonnie Reppert, Virgil Himes, Glasgow Nursing Facility Staff, and Tobacco Shed Staff.

Visitation will be 5:00PM – 8:00PM Sunday February 1, 2026, at the funeral home.
