Jean Holliday Obituary

Jean Holliday, born July 6, 1958 departed this life on Monday January 6, 2025 at the Hazard ARH. Jean was born in Hazard, Kentucky, the daughter of the late Joseph and Callie Mullins. Jean was a devoted fan of U.K. Basketball and cherished both cooking and quality time with her family. She adored her family immensely and possessed a warm, loving personality, always eager to assist anyone in need.
Jean is survived by her husband, Charles Holliday, three children, John & Heather Holliday of Hazard, Gwendolyn & Scotty Justice of Hazard, Allison & Michael Combs of Hazard, one brother, Don & JoAnn Mullins of Corryton, Tennessee, six sisters, Emily and James Martin of Florence, Kentucky, Diane Oaks of Bulan, Patsy Messer of Lotts Creek, Shirley Mullins of Lotts Creek, Mary Mullins of Lotts Creek, and Margaret Mullins of Lotts Creek, sister-in-law Dale Mullins of Michigan, and special nephew Don & Patricia Smith of Lotts Creek. She also leaves behind 10 grandchildren, Christopher, Jacob, Cameron, Morgan, Molly, Maggie, Cameron, Ezrie, Sadie and Logan, one great-grandchild Jasper, and a host of other family and friends.
A Celebration of Life for Jean Holliday will be conducted at a later date.
