Joan Castle-Drury Obituary

Joan Drury, age 89, passed away peacefully on March 29, 2025. Born on February 24, 1936, Joan lived a life full of love, dedication, and service. She was a cherished mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.
Joan is survived by her loving son, Charles (Sue) Castle; her adored grandchildren, Aaron (Taryn) Castle, Nicholas Castle, and Leland Castle; and her precious great-grandchildren, Brooklyn Castle and Elena Castle. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, the late Leland, and her dear son, the late Craig.
Joan was an active member of the American Legion Post #217 and the PLAV Post #7, where she dedicated much of her time and energy to supporting veterans and their families. Her commitment to these organizations was a testament to her generous spirit and unwavering dedication to her community.
Joan's legacy of love, kindness, and service will be remembered by all who knew her. She will be deeply missed by her family, friends, and all those whose lives she touched.
