John Leroy Larkins age 59, departed this life on Monday, March 24, 2025. He was born July 26, 1965, to the late Theola Larkins and the late Hosea Parker. He grew up in Annapolis, Maryland.
He received his education at Anne Arundel County Public Schools and received his GED. John enjoyed spending time with his family. He was always willing to help people in their time of need. He loved telling jokes and dancing. Johns' other hobbies were drawing, grilling, watching the daily news and watching football. His favorite team was the Ravens.
John worked in construction for many years. He found his passion in cooking. He worked at Lighthouse Bistro cooking until he became ill.
He is proceeded in death by his father Hosea Parker and mother Theola Larkins; sister Tarrena Parker; brother Keith Parker; son John Larkins Jr.
John leaves behind to mourn, his loving wife, Charlotte Larkins; his children Demetria Larkins, Tyre Larkins, Chanel Larkins, John Collins, Tiemika Parker (Tracey Parker), Sharica Coates (Anthony Harper), and Marcus Coates; brothers Sahara Mason, and Sam Mason; sisters; Yvette Larkins (Sheila Larkins) and Kandice Parker; brother in-law Howard Fuller (Jearraine Fuller); sister in-laws, Denise Butler, and Kathy Newman. He also leaves behind his extended family Donna Mallow, Randy Mallow, Edie Mallow and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
