Louis Charles Agee, II was born May 28, 1968, in
Fairhope, Alabama to Louis
C. Agee, Sr. and Gartrell Austin Agee. He was preceded in death by his father
Louis, Sr., his paternal grandparents, Frank and Emma Lee Clemons and his
maternal grandparents, Isaac and Eliza Jones Austin.
Louis spent his childhood in Fairhope and Montrose, Alabama. He accepted
Christ at an early age and was baptized and a member of Macedonia
Missionary Baptist Church under Rev. Clarence Lett. Louis was a 1986
graduate of Fairhope High School. During his years at Fairhope HS, he was an
active member of the Key Club and served as President in 1986 and was
honored by being elected Lt. Governor of Division 12 in the state. He attended
Troy State University and graduated in 1991 with a BS in Business
Management. After graduation Louis relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina
and worked as a Collection Specialist for several years before relocating to
Mobile in 1995.
Louis met and fell in love with his 'Angel' (Angelique) in 1995 and they married
in June 1998. During their three decades together Louis and Angel developed
a great bond and became successful business partners. They both loved to
travel and visited countless destinations together.
Louis possessed a quiet, kind, and loving spirit. He was always polite,
considerate, respectful, and gracious. Louis loved God, his wife, his family,
and sports ... especially Alabama Football.
On January 12, 2026, Louis departed this life to be with the Lord. He leaves to
cherish his memory: his loving wife Angelique Billouin Agee of
Mobile, AL;
devoted mother, Gartrell Agee of
Fairhope, AL; brother, Jason Agee of
Fairhope, AL; mother-in-law, Joyce Billouin-Suba (Carl) of Navarre, FL; two
uncles: Frank Clemons, Jr (Fennie) and Clifford Clemons (Charlene) both of
Mobile, AL; 2 aunts: Marilyn Billouin of San Antonio, TX and Crystal Joy Albert
of Pensacola, FL, and a host of extended family and friends who loved him
dearly.
