Louis Agee Obituary

Obituary published on Legacy.com by Small's Mortuary - West Mobile on Jan. 16, 2026.
Louis Charles Agee, II was born May 28, 1968, in Fairhope, Alabama to Louis

C. Agee, Sr. and Gartrell Austin Agee. He was preceded in death by his father

Louis, Sr., his paternal grandparents, Frank and Emma Lee Clemons and his

maternal grandparents, Isaac and Eliza Jones Austin.

Louis spent his childhood in Fairhope and Montrose, Alabama. He accepted

Christ at an early age and was baptized and a member of Macedonia

Missionary Baptist Church under Rev. Clarence Lett. Louis was a 1986

graduate of Fairhope High School. During his years at Fairhope HS, he was an

active member of the Key Club and served as President in 1986 and was

honored by being elected Lt. Governor of Division 12 in the state. He attended

Troy State University and graduated in 1991 with a BS in Business

Management. After graduation Louis relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina

and worked as a Collection Specialist for several years before relocating to

Mobile in 1995.

Louis met and fell in love with his 'Angel' (Angelique) in 1995 and they married

in June 1998. During their three decades together Louis and Angel developed

a great bond and became successful business partners. They both loved to

travel and visited countless destinations together.

Louis possessed a quiet, kind, and loving spirit. He was always polite,

considerate, respectful, and gracious. Louis loved God, his wife, his family,

and sports ... especially Alabama Football.

On January 12, 2026, Louis departed this life to be with the Lord. He leaves to

cherish his memory: his loving wife Angelique Billouin Agee of Mobile, AL;

devoted mother, Gartrell Agee of Fairhope, AL; brother, Jason Agee of

Fairhope, AL; mother-in-law, Joyce Billouin-Suba (Carl) of Navarre, FL; two

uncles: Frank Clemons, Jr (Fennie) and Clifford Clemons (Charlene) both of

Mobile, AL; 2 aunts: Marilyn Billouin of San Antonio, TX and Crystal Joy Albert

of Pensacola, FL, and a host of extended family and friends who loved him

dearly.
