Martin Lipp Obituary

Connersville - Martin D. Lipp, 61, passed away at home on February 20th, 2026. He was born in Frankfort, Indiana on December 9th, 1964, to Ellis and Janet (Gates) Lipp. He was a 1983 graduate of Clinton Prairie High School. He married his wife, Beth (Rea) Lipp, on August 24th, 2004, in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. He began his career in the food industry and finished his career working as a mechanic for Jiffy Lube.

Martin loved golfing, hunting and traveling. There seemed to be nothing he could not fix or repair. He was the official "repairman" for all his family and friends.

Martin was preceded in death by his mother, Janet Lipp; sister, Rebecca Lipp; granddaughter, Zoey Lipp; and special aunt, Martha Clark.

Martin is survived by his wife of twenty-one years, Beth Lipp of Connersville, IN; father, Ellis Lipp of Charlottesville, IN. 3 children, Lucas (Megan) Lipp of Greenwood, IN, Daniel (Michelle) Lipp of Indianapolis, IN, Megan (George) Luther of Avon, IN; 7 grandchildren, Addison, Quinn, Brayden, Ryan, Aiden, Preston and Kennedy; sister, Stefanie Porter of Remington, IN; nephew, Kane Porter and Niece, Chezney Porter; special families; Alex and Kiersten Shoemaker, Audriana Brock, Joey and Dallas Shoemaker of Connersville, IN, Ashley, Donny, Emma, Ellie and Eli Maze of Connersville, IN.

A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, February 26th, 2026, at the Miller Building in Connersville, IN from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
