Visitation: 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 14, 2024 and 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 15, 2024 at Jones-Preston Funeral Home
Burial: Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, Kentucky
Willodean Wheatley Caudill, age 83, of Stambaugh, Kentucky, passed away Saturday, August 10, 2024 at her home.
Willodean was born June 12, 1941 in Johnson County, Kentucky, daughter of the late Virgil Oakley Wheatley and Myrtle Jane Blair Wheatley. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by one brother, Larry Joe Wheatley.
She is survived by her husband, Morris Caudill; one son, Phillip Morris (Rebecca) Caudill of Stambaugh, Kentucky; one daughter, Susan Caudill (Henry) Dye of Paintsville, Kentucky; one sister, Wanda Louise (Gene) Bowling of Stambaugh, Kentucky; and four grandchildren, Henry Harrison Dye, Sarah Isabella Dye, Grant Oakley Caudill, and Nolan Douglas Caudill.
Funeral services will be conducted 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 15, 2024 in the Jones-Preston Funeral Chapel with Jim McKenzie, Chuck Slone and Larry Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Highland Memorial Park, Staffordsville, Kentucky. Friends may visit the Jones-Preston Funeral Home from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 14, 2024 and 9:00 a.m. until time of service at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 15, 2024.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations are requested to Gideons International by contacting Jones-Preston Funeral Home at 606-789-3501.
