Bruce Badger Obituary

Bruce William Badger of Webster Groves, Missouri, passed away on February 26, 2026, at the age of 60.

Bill was the loving son of Bruce Badger (Marsha) and the late Patricia Tooey; cherished brother of Sara Kukuljan, Robert Kukuljan (Megan), Austin Badger (Anne), and the late Margaret Almquist; and uncle to Olivia and Augustin Almquist, as well as Peyton and Reagan Kukuljan. He was also the nephew of the late Margaret Tooey; and grandson of the late William Arthur and Rosemary Tooey. Bill was a dear cousin and friend to many who will remember him fondly.

In accordance with his wishes, Bill generously donated his body to science through the Washington University School of Medicine Body Donor Program, supporting medical education and research. This selfless act reflects his practical nature and his desire to contribute in a meaningful way that might benefit others in the future.

A Donor Remembrance Ceremony is scheduled for Thursday, April 30, 2026, at 6 p.m. Those interested in attending are encouraged to register by April 10th at https://bodydonorprogram.wustl.edu/donor-ceremony/. A memorial gathering to celebrate Bill's life will be held at a later date.

In honor of Bill's memory, donations may be made to the Humane Society of Missouri or the American Cancer Society.

Billy Badger will be deeply missed by all who knew him. May his memory bring comfort and inspiration to those he leaves behind.
