Rosina Gangemi Obituary

Rosina G. (Garcia) Gangemi, age 66, of Norton, passed away peacefully, in the comfort of her home, surrounded by her loving family on Friday, March 7, 2025. She was the beloved wife of Mark S. Gangemi, to whom she was wed on October 15, 1994.

Born in Los Angeles, CA on September 19, 1958, she was a loving daughter of the late Ernest and Sabina (Casados) Garcia.

Rosina grew up in East Los Angeles and was a 1975 graduate of Schurr High School in Montebello, CA. She had made her home in Norton for the past twenty-five years and previously resided in Attleboro.

For the past thirty-five years, Rosina had been employed at Rexa, Inc in West Bridgewater as a financial administrator. She treasured the times spent with her adoring family and was a communicant of Saint Mary's Church in Norton. Rosina's hobbies include movies, reading, shopping and driving her BMW convertible.

In addition to her beloved husband of thirty years, she is survived by her devoted sons, Josh C. Gangemi of Utah and Adam C. Gangemi of Norton. She was the dear sister of Leora Garcia, Vivian Santos, Norma Garcia, Sylvia Garcia, Cilda Estrada and husband Joe and Christine Sanchez and her husband Michael, all of California. . She was the much-loved daughter-in-law of Paul, Sr. and Deborah Gangemi of Norton and the cherished sister-in-law of Paul Gangemi, Jr. of Easton and David Gangemi of Norton. She is also survived by her loving nieces and nephews.

Her Funeral Mass, to which relatives and friends are cordially invited to attend, will be celebrated on Friday, March 14th at 11:00 A.M. in Saint Mary's Church, 1 Power Street, Norton.

Visiting hours are omitted and in lieu of flowers, Rosina's family has requested that donations in her memory be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 262 Danny Thomas Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
