Cath and girls,
Andrew was truly one of a kind. I met Andrew in 1999 and lucky for me he hired me to work with him at Nufarm as we started the business here in the US. Those early years were the best in my career. So much fun and success under Andrew´s leadership.
Elisa, Mark and I are so very sorry to hear of Andrew´s passing. He will always be missed. We hope your best memories comfort you in the days and years ahead.

Andrew led the introduction of NuFarm in the US. Working with and getting to know Andrew was a true pleasure.

My father was a partner with Andrew's father, Ian at Shaw Dunlop & Co in Singleton. I have very fond memories of Andrew as a boy who was somewhat of a hero to my brother, Damian and myself as I remember him being "larger than life" with his Red Holden Ute! I also remember how caring he was of his younger brother, Roly. Rest in Peace Andrew

Dear Cath, Lucy and Chloe,
So sorry to hear of Andrew's passing. We knew Andrew affectionately as "Dicky" and Dicky is embedded in our memories in Melbourne when Andrew and I started our relationship. Dicky was hilariously funny and our times together has an enriched history in a deep tapestry of friendship, love and laughter. Dicky always spoke so proudly of you all. The light and love in his eyes when speaking of you all were truly special moments. Our hearts are feeling so sad that a wonderful, beautiful man, friend, husband and father has left this world. May Dicky rest in peace. All our love, Andrew and Andrea Cridland.
