I am so sorry to hear of Al's death. I grew up with him and brother Vince my whole life. We were "backdoor" neighbors and fast family friends. His dad and my dad and mother grew up in Traverse City Michigan, graduated from Traverse City Central High School, moved to Kingsport and bought and moved onto adjoining properties. Our two families were basically family to each other. I will never forget all those years of togetherness of all of us and the great friendship between us all. I now live in Traverse City and haven't seen the family since their mother Helen died. She was a fantastic friend to us all... I sure do miss those days. I hope you all find peace and remember Al as the wonderful, fun, smart person he was. Much love to you all.
