February 23, 1944 – December 22, 2023
KINGSPORT - Alice White Payne of Kingsport, passed away on December 22, 2023 at NHC Kingsport.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 27, 2024 at 1:00pm at St. Paul's Episcopal Church with Rev. Johnny Tuttle officiating. A reception will be held at the church fellowship hall following the service.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Paul's Episcopal Church, 161 E. Ravine Rd., Kingsport, TN 37660.
