MOUNT CARMEL - Barbara Lynn Grizzel, age 71, of Mt. Carmel, Tennessee, passed away on Saturday, January 4, 2025. She was born in Kingsport, Tennessee, on February 27, 1953. She is preceded in death by her mother Mary Depew and father Roy Depew.
Barbara spent many years as a long-haul truck driver before she retired. After retirement, she enjoyed crafting and yard selling. She loved spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren. Barbara's favorite thing to do was go fishing with her beloved husband, Steve.
Those left to cherish Barbara's memory are her loving Husband of thirty-three years, Steven; daughters Kimberly, Patricia, and Angela; brother Jerry; nieces Ashley and Jessie; nephews Levi, David, Brandon, Craig, and Josh; Grandchildren Aaron, Donovan, Cheyenne, Preston, Wesley, Matthew, and Tyler; and several great-grandchildren.
The family is going to honor Barbara's wishes to be cremated. All condolences are greatly and truly appreciated.
