I went to Dobyns Bennett and graduated with Ben. We were in the band together and I have a picture from JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL 1954-55 of the band on the wall by my desk and Ben is in it of course. We band members were a close bunch all through junior and senior high school. Ben was then called Benny and I have always called him Benny. He was such a nice person and we all had good times with the band in school and performing on the football fields on Friday nights. I will always remember Benny and the good times we all had. l live in Traverse City MI now for 58 years but I have always remembered Benny and the Dobyns Bennett Marching Bank!!! My thoughts and prayers are with you. He was a good guy always!!!!!!!!! Becky Bartak Wells
