KINGSPORT - Brenda Castle Davis, 57, of Kingsport, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, July 15, 2023, at her home with her family by her side.
Brenda was born on December 5, 1965, in Indianapolis, IN, to the late James and Dora Watkins Castle. She was a devoted, loving wife, sister, and friend to all. Brenda managed Carmike Cinemas Movie Theatre for many years.
In addition to her parents, Brenda was preceded in death by her sister, Patty Reese; brother-in-law, Ron Quillen and her niece, Mandy Castle LaJoie.
Left to cherish Brenda's memory are her loving husband of 27 years, Steven D. Davis; her beloved fur-baby, Suzie May; sisters, Regina Estepp (Stan); Sherrie Quillen; brother Don Castle (Kim); goddaughter, Meghan Davis; two special friends, Angie Cox and Gina Strougth; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 – 2:00 pm, Thursday, July 20, 2023, in the chapel of Oak Hill Funeral Home.
A Celebration of Brenda's life will begin at 2:00 pm with Pastor David Castle officiating.
Graveside Services will follow at East Lawn Memorial Park. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Brenda's honor to Regina (Castle) Estepp for Steven to help with expenses.
The family extends their sincere gratitude to the staff of Suncrest Hospice for their compassionate care of Brenda.
