Candy Heather Hooker October 12, 1976- June 27, 2024
Candy Heather Hooker passed peacefully from this world on June 27th, 2024. She was a child of joy to everyone and loved her family deeply. Some of her favorite things to do were to listen to music, watch her favorite shows, and dance. Candy loved swimming and playing with her dog, Gigi.
Candy was preceded in death by her grandparents - Dean and Albert Lay, Jr. and Edith and Johnnie Hooker, - her aunt Mary Calhoun, and uncle Doyle Hooker.
She is survived by many family and friends including: her mother, Becky Hurlock, whose heart is shattered; dad, Rick Hurlock, who always kept her laughing; father, Gary Hooker; brother, Chris Hooker and children; brother, Xander Hurlock, of whom Candy thought could do no wrong; special sisters Sabrina (Odd) Buer, Amber (Agustin) Speer, and son Alex. She is also survived by her uncle Gary Calhoun; cousins Angie and Ray Sybert and children Mariah, Alyssa, and Kendra; Sabrina, Rusty, and Jake Gillenwater; uncle David and Brenda Hooker and children Amy and Aubrey; and friends Sandra and Mark Davidson, and Linda Falin. There are too many family and friends to mention, but she loved everyone.
An extra special thank you to all of our friends and family for the food, kind words, and support.
