Carrie Virginia Wallace Pridemore

ROGERSVILLE - Carrie Virginia Wallace Pridemore, age 83, of Rogersville. She was born August 20, 1942 and entered into rest with her Lord and Savior Tuesday, September 30, 2025. Carrie was saved at an early age and was of the Baptist faith. She was a graduate of Bulls Gap High School. Carrie went from high school to work at Lear Siglar where she retired after 25 years of service. She Loved the outdoors, she enjoyed raising roses and working in her flowers. Carrie was a wonderful mom, grandma and sister. Carrie is preceded in death by her parents, Walter and Mary Wallace; brothers, R.V., Rufus, D.B. and Hagon Wallace; sisters, Bonnie Wallace, Ruby Taylor, Helen Lawson, baby sister, Ines.

She is survived by her son, Jason Ray Pridemore and wife, April; grandson, Dawson Pridemore; sisters, Joda Wallace of the home, Loretta Barrett, Eattia Mae Rodifer and companion, Robert Long; several nieces, nephews, and cousins left to cherish her memory; special friends, Alice Bailey, Unavive Harrell, Jane Marshall, Kristy Jarnagin and Judy Warner.

Visitation hours will be 12:00 Noon to 2:00 P.M., Saturday, October 4, 2025 at Christian-Sells Funeral Home, Rogersville.

Funeral service will be conducted 2:00 P.M., Saturday, October 4, 2025 in the funeral home chapel with Gary Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Kite Cemetery.
