Cecile Turner Obituary
KINGSPORT - Cecile Gaetane Martin Turner passed away on August 25, 2023, at the age of 89, in Kingsport, Tennessee.
The family will receive friends from 10:00 am until 11:00 am on Tuesday, September 19, 2023, at St. Dominic's Catholic Church, 2517 North John B. Dennis Hwy., Kingsport, TN.
A Celebration of Life Funeral Mass for Cecile will follow at 11:00am.

Cecile will be interred privately in Oak Hill Memorial Park.
Memorials may be directed to the family.
The care of Cecile Gaetane Martin Turner has been entrusted to the staff of Oak Hill Funeral Home.

Saddened to hear the news about the passing of Ms. Turner today.Thoughts and prayers for the family of Ms. Turner. We were neighbors across the street on Shipley St. for 20 years until we we moved about 4 years ago. Ms. Turner was always a great neighbor to us and she will be missed.

So sorry to hear about Cecile passing. I worked with her at Jackson Elementary as a sub teacher. She was the sweetest lady she al r always prayed for my mom daily. She was the best. Will be missed by many friends and students in kingsport city schools. I was out of town attending a wedding. Ptayers for hrr family. Dollie Price
