BIG STONE GAP, VA - Curtis Eugene Carroll, 87, passed away Friday, September 22, 2023, at Heritage Hall Nursing Home, Big Stone Gap.
Graveside services will be held at 1 p.m. Monday, September 25, 2023, at Powell Valley Memorial Gardens Cemetery with Pastor Bud Kilbourne officiating. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery.
