Debbie Morrell Obituary
KINGSPORT - Debbie Ellen Morrell, 74 of Kingsport, entered her eternal rest and departed this life, on Thursday, December 7, 2023, at her residence after a brief illness. Debbie was born in Kingsport on October 6, 1949, living her entire life in the area. She retired from Food City in 2012 and was a member of Homeland Baptist Church.
Debbie was preceded in death by her parents, Judd and Opal Moore; and son, Jeff Barrett.
Those left to cherish her memory are husband of 44+ years, Darryl; daughter, Tammy Robert (Mardy); son, David (Bridgett); grandchildren, Jeremy, Elizabeth and Olivia; the pride of Debbie's life, great-grandson Waylon; brother, Roger Moore (Barbara) of Kingsport; mother-in-law, Novella; brother-in-law, Keith (Lisa); and along with several nephews.
Holston Cremation will attend to the family per Debbie's wishes, there will be no formal services.
