On Saturday, October 25, 2025, Dollie Jean Jenkins Baldwin went home to be with Jesus. The family will receive friends from 5pm to 7pm on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at Scott County Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow with Pastor Johnny Duncan officiating. Music will be provided by the Kaylor's Chapel Quartet. A graveside service will be conducted at 1pm on Friday, October 31, 2025, at Holston View Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Christopher Baldwin, Jason Baldwin, Matt Oliver, Ronnie Burns, Donnie Baldwin, and Steven Baldwin.
