Dorothy Livesay Obituary
DUFFIELD, VA - Dorothy Fugate Livesay, age 97, of Duffield, VA, passed away on Wednesday, January 4, 2023 at Heritage Hall in Big Stone Gap, VA.
Dorothy was a member of Zion Central Baptist Church. She worked at Norris Industries for eleven and a half years.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Tivis Livesay and her parents, Emmit and Ella Fugate.
She is survived by her sons, Darrell and wife, Jan, Livesay and Jerry Livesay; her grandson, Jason Livesay and special friends, Tommy and Karen Thompson.
The family will receive friends from 1 until 2:00 p.m. on Friday, January 6, 2023 at Robinette Funeral Home in Blackwater, VA. Funeral services will begin at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Glen Hurd officiating. A graveside service will immediately follow in the Childress Cemetery in Blackwater.
