Emmett Taylor Obituary

Our beloved dad and husband Emmett Lee Taylor passed away peacefully in his home surrounded by family at the age of 76. He is survived by his wife Mary Taylor, brothers Eddie Taylor (wife Sue), Joe Taylor (wife Janie) and sister Nancy Taylor (husband Paul).

Emmett was preceded in death by his father Roy Emmett Taylor, mother Nannie Pearl Taylor and brothers Charles and Hobart Taylor.

He leaves behind his children Amanda Tipton, Kristina Skiscim, John Skiscim, Michael Skiscim, Lee Taylor, special niece Rhonda Mitchell (husband Lee), 10 grandkids and 1 great grandchild.

Emmett had a profound love for life and most of all, his family. He embodied what it means to love unconditionally and could win anyone over with his gentle smile and tender heart. He will be deeply missed by many.

The family would like to extend sincere gratitude to Kim and Caris Healthcare.
