Faye Jones Obituary
KINGSPORT - Faye (Wright) Jones, 88, of Kingsport, passed away peacefully on Thursday, February 1, 2024. She was born on August 4, 1935 to the late Harmon and Naomi Wright and was the youngest of three sisters. Faye was of the Methodist faith. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister. Faye had a golden heart and a very generous soul.
In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, E. G. Jones.
Survivors include her sons, Randy and wife, Michelle, Gil and wife, Gina; several grandchildren and great-grandchildren, whom she loved dearly.
The family will receive friends from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday, February 7, 2024, at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home and Memorial Park, Blountville. Committal services will follow at Hamlett-Dobson Memorial Park Mausoleum with Pastor Charles Kilbourne officiating.
