Fritz Falin Obituary

GATE CITY, VA - Fritz Gerald Falin 68, of Gate City, went to be with the Lord on May, 16, 2025. He was born in Kingsport to the late Denver and Mobie Falin. Fritz enjoyed working and collecting classic cars. He was an avid Elvis Presley fan. Fritz was a loving brother and friend who will be greatly missed by all who knew him.
Survivors include his brother, Jim Williams and wife Joyce; along with a host of friends and extended family.
The family will receive friends from 5pm to 7pm on Thursday, May 22, 2025 at Scott County Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow with Pastor Johnny Duncan officiating.
A graveside service will be conducted at 11am on Friday, May 23, 2025 at Holston View Cemetery with his friends serving as pallbearers. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery by 10:50am.

Didn´t know of his passing. He was a good guy to work with. Always had a smile on his face. He was a lot of fun. I´ll miss him even though I hadn´t seen him in a while. Still think of his Mom and Dad sometimes.0

Fritz and I became acquainted when I worked at American Water Heater and he drove for Estes. He was an Upbeat man and he was different from the other drivers that came in. You could pick up that he had joy in his heart. After I retired I didn't see him until our singing group sang at Speers Ferry Church for Pastor Johnny Duncan. He went to that church still displaying that same joy.
I'll miss you Fritz until we meet again on Heaven's Bright Shore. My prayers for his family and his church family. I'm really sorry for your loss.

Sorry to hear of his passing we had a lot of fun in high school . I hung around with him we rode bikes all over the place I wanted to see him again but I messaged him on messenger no replies in a good while prayers .
