Gale Parks Obituary
MAX MEADOWS, VA - Gale Sluss Parks, age 61, of Max Meadows, VA passed away Wednesday, May 31, 2023. She was born January 5, 1962 in Washington County, VA and was preceded in death by her father, Fred Leonard Sluss.
Survivors include her mother, Elizabeth Kelly Sluss of Wytheville; significant other, Steve Nelson of Max Meadows; her son and daughter-in-law, Matthew and Ashley Parks of Max Meadows; daughter and son-in-law, Ericka and Jason Lytton of Max Meadows; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Sherry and Daniel Kellett of Wytheville, Teresa and Jeff Shupe of Wytheville; six grandchildren.
A memorial celebration will be held at 7:00 p.m. Monday, June 5, 2023 at the Barnett Funeral Home with Pastor Nick Genoff officiating. The family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. until service time.

i know this is a bit late and for that i'm so sorry. I worked with Gale at Henry Schein and she was always just the nicest, most pleasant person. I was so sorry to hear she had passed! Wishing you peace in this difficult time.

I´ve know the Sluss sisters since I was at George Wythe High School, especially Sherry, who was friends with Patsy. Prayers for all of you during this most difficult time ahead.
