Garnie E. Boyd, 84, of Church Hill went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, September 3, 2025 following a brief illness.
The family will receive friends from 11am to 1pm on Thursday, September 11, 2025, at Carter-Trent Funeral Home in Church Hill. A funeral service will follow with Pastor Keith Smith officiating.
A military entombment service will follow at Church Hill Memory Gardens with the American Legion Hammond Post #3/265 conducting the Honors. Pallbearers will be Kingsport City Police officers.
