Georgia Crawford Obituary

KINGSPORT - Georgia B. Crawford of Kingsport, passed away on Wednesday, February 28, 2024.

Georgia was preceded in death by her parents, Henry Walker Crawford and Rosa Edith Bishop; brothers, Onnie, Lee, R.C., Henry, Gene, Roy and Michael; and infant brother.

Survivors include her loving husband of 68 years, Menyfea; daughter, Beverly Cleek and husband, Bill; sons, Mike and wife, Helen, Robert, and Terry; grandchildren who were the love of her life, Adam, Justin, Daniel, Emily, Cody, Kolby, Danny, and Danielle; thirteen great-grandchildren; sisters, Phyllis Stacy and Mary Shelton; brothers, Walter, Coy, James and J. Fred Crawford; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Sunday, March 3, 2024 from 12:00pm – 2:00pm at Hamlett-Dobson Funeral Home, Fall Branch. A funeral service will be conducted at 2:00pm in the funeral home chapel, with Brother Danny Dolen officiating. Burial will follow at Lone Star Cemetery, with family serving as pallbearers.
