GATE CITY, VA - Gerald W. Jones, age 78 of the Yuma community, went to be with the Lord Monday, January 22, 2024, at Johnson City Medical Center.
Military Graveside service will be Friday, January 26, 2024, at 3:00 PM at West End Cemetery, 756 Sugar Pine Lane, Gate City, VA with honors by American Legion Post 3/265 and Virginia National Guard Honors Team. Rev. Stephen Miller will be officiating the service with music by John Coleman. For those wishing to attend, you may either meet at Colonial Funeral Home at 2:00 PM to go in procession or meet at the cemetery.
Serving as pallbearers will be Warren Jones, Daniel Coleman, David Presley, Mike Odom, Randy Duncan and Dean Roberts.
