H.R. Flynn Obituary
CHURCH HILL – H.R. Flynn, 87, passed away on Thursday, February 23, 2023 at Church Hill Healthcare and Rehab.
H.R. was born in Sevierville, TN to the late James and Leona Flynn. He was an Army veteran who served in Germany. H.R. was a supervisor at Holston Defense and retired after 32 years of service.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Janie Flynn; and four brothers and one sister.
H.R. is survived by his daughter, Cathy Moore (Gary); son, Paul Moody (Teresa); grandson, Justen Moore; granddaughter Allison Moody; as well as several nieces, nephews, extended family members and many dear friends.
A visitation will be held from 12:00 – 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 25, 2023. The funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel with Paul Moody and Bro. Fred Davis officiating. The burial will follow to Church Hill Memory Gardens.
Pallbearers will be family and friends.
