WEBER CITY, VA - Harold Wade, age 74 of Weber City, VA went to be with the Lord on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 following a brief illness.
He was born in Clinchport, VA on September 26, 1949 to the late Rachel Wade. Harold attended Gravely Hill Baptist Church. He was a very hardworking man and was a talented carpenter. Harold was always willing to help anyone.
In addition to his mother Harold is preceded in death by his 3 brothers, James Wade, Tony Wade and Calvin Wade; and sister, Ella Mae Wade.
Mr. Wade is survived by his 3 daughters, Brandi Broadwater, Amber Peters and Sheila Flores; 2 sons, Allen Flores and Phillip Flores; grandchildren, Winter and Peyton Broadwater, Katie and Cody Flores, Colin Puryear, Keyran Peters; great-granddaughter, Kenzie Flores; 2 sisters, Billie Page and Emma Lou "Susie" Tipton; along with several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 4-5 PM on Saturday, November 25, 2023 at Colonial Funeral Home, Weber City, VA. Funeral service will follow at 5 PM with Bro. Gary Hunley officiating.
Graveside service will be held at 2 PM on Sunday, November 26, 2023 in the Barrett Cemetery, Clinchport, VA. Those wishing to attend are asked to meet at the cemetery at 1:45.
Pallbearers will be Allen Flores, Phillip Flores, Peyton Broadwater, Cody Flores, Collin Puryear and Larry Ricketts.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Colonial Funeral Home to assist the family with final expenses.
The family wishes to extend special thanks to Lola Dean, Pat Bates, Gary Hunley, Larry Wagner and Dottie Barber for their kindness and friendship.

So sorry that I did not make it to the funeral home for the visitation of Harold. I was out of town with my daughter and granddaughter. Harold did a lot of work for Eddie and I. God Bless his family.
