Helen Graham Obituary
GATE CITY, VA - Helen Kilgore Graham, age 91 of the Midway Community, entered into rest Saturday, January 20, 2024, at Holston Valley Medical Center after a brief illness. Helen was born on July 13, 1932, daughter of the late George Hartsock and Nanny Carter Hartsock.
She had worked as a nurse at Holston Valley Medical Center. She loved her family, her Lord, and was a member of Midway United Methodist Church.
Other than her parents, Helen is preceded in death by two sons, Jackie Kilgore and Michael Kilgore; father of her children, Emory Kilgore; husband, Elmer Graham; brother, Blaine Hartsock.
Surviving is her son, Jerry Kilgore; grandson, David (Nickie) Kilgore; great-grandchild, Shelly Kilgore; daughter-in-law, Betty Kilgore; several nieces and nephews, special niece, Louise Jones; and special cousin, Bill McConnell.
The family will receive friends on Thursday, January 25, 2024, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at Midway United Methodist Church. Funeral Service will be at 2:00 PM with Rev. Crystal Smith officiating.
Graveside service to follow at Mt. Pleasant Cemetery in the Midway Community. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
Memorial contributions may be made to Midway United Methodist Church.

So sorry to here of Helen's passing. Helen is the Aunt of Donnie Hartsock & he is married to my niece Jessica Hartsock. It was sad to hear of her passing and I am glad that Donnie had the chance to visit her a few months back. May she rest in peace in the arms of our Savior Jesus Christ.
