MOUNT CARMEL - Henrietta "Tip" Kendrick, age 89 of Mount Carmel, TN, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, June 30, 2025. Tip was a pioneer of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Kingsport, TN. She was a member of the Rotherwood Ward Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
A graveside service was held on Monday, July 7, 2025, at 2:00 pm at Oak Hill Memorial Park.
Carter-Trent Funeral Home Kingsport is serving the Kendrick family.

She was such a sweet lady. She had beautiful hair....I use to do her hair and enjoyed all the talks of her sons. So very sorry.

I HAVE KNOWN TIP MY ENTIRE LIFE. ALL THE MEMORIES I HAVE OF HER ARE THE BEST. I LOVED AND WILL MISS HER MORE THAN WORDS CAN EVER SAY. HEAVEN IS SURLEY BRIGHTER TODAY.
