KINGSPORT - Jackie Ray Kilday, 83, of Kingsport, passed away at his home on Friday, September 11, 2025. He was born in Kingsport and was a graduate of Sullivan High School Class of 1960. Jackie was employed at Eastman for 45 years and then continued his career as the manager of Stone View Apartment Complex until his retirement, continuing then as a part time employee. He was a lifetime member of the Loyal Order of the Moose, having served as an officer and the Ritual Team.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Mary Dawn H. Kilday; parents, Zora and Ray Kilday; brother, Don Hanner; and special aunt, Rose Dunn.

He is survived by his nephews, Daniel and Donnie Hanner; and special cousin and best friend, Bob Dunn (Becky); and several other cousins.

Per Jackie's wishes, there will be no services.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude’s Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
