Jamie Pleasant Obituary
BIG STONE GAP, VA - Jamie Lee Pleasant, age 33, of Big Stone Gap, passed away on Sunday, February 19, 2023, at his residence.
Jamie graduated from Powell Valley High School Class of 2008. He was a longtime cook for Huddle House. He will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
He was preceded his maternal grandmother Brenda Burke, and paternal grandparents, his uncle Jason Burke, and his aunt Darlene Ison.
He is survived by his wife Rebecca Baber of the home, his daughter Harper Baber, his sons Zachary Baber and Jacob Tyler Baber, his mother, Amy Burke Boring and husband Troy of Big Stone Gap, his father Billy Harding of Big Stone, two sisters, Nichelle Browning and husband Aaron of Appalachia, Heather Coffee of Clintwood, Aunts; Laura Clasby & Cacee Burke both of FL., his grandfather James Burke, & niece, Deidra Bryant both of Rockledge FL, uncle Larry Clasby of Big Stone Gap, other close relatives and friends.
The family will receive friends on Monday, February 27, 2023 at Holding Funeral Home of Big Stone Gap, VA from 12:00 noon to 2:00 p.m. The funeral service will be conducted following in the funeral home's chapel.
