Janice Louise Mullins Arnold, 82, of Kingsport, died Tuesday, September 16th, 2025, at NHC HealthCare Franklin. A celebration of life will be held at Trinity Memorial Center in Kingsport, on Saturday, October 11th from 10:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

The youngest child of Harold Mullins and Georgia Bledsoe, Janice was born in Fall Branch, Tennessee, and graduated from Fall Branch High School. In 1964, Janice married Rudy Perry Arnold. Together, they were faithful and active members of Glen Alpine United Methodist Church, where they enjoyed serving on mission trips. Janice worked at Eastman Chemical company for the majority of her career. Janice was a loving wife and mother who valued faith, family and friends.

Janice was preceded in death by her husband of 44 years, Rudy Arnold; parents, Harold Mullins and Georgia Bledsoe; stepmother, Bertie Mullins; sister, Patty Lawson; and niece, Rebecca Jan Mayo. She is survived by her son Jason (Meg) Arnold of Brentwood; grandchildren Milam and Cile Arnold; brother and sister-in-law, Bobby and Janie Mullins; nieces, Sherry Watson, Christy Paysinger, Joyce Painter, and Rhondia Lightner; and nephews, James Lawson and Robert A. Arnold. The family wishes to especially thank Sarah Vicars and Dorothy Riggs for their care and friendship during Janice's illness.
