Jessica Ann Hill August 3, 2024
KINGSPORT - Jessica Ann Hill, 41, of Kingsport, met her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday morning, August 3, 2024. Born in Kingsport where she had resided all of her life, she was a 2001 graduate of Sullivan Central High School. She attended Milligan University and Northeast State where she received an Associate's degree in Early Childhood Development. Jessica was currently employed with Tennessee Eastman Company.
Clayton, Jessica's son, describes his mother, "My mother was a strong woman who loved the good in the world. She loved animals and children and enjoyed taking care of them. Her silly and loving personality made her so fun to be around. My mom was kind to everyone and would always try to better their day. She was her happiest when she was in the sand by the ocean. She loved to read and soaking in the bathtub was her solitude."
She was preceded in death by her father, Mark Hill; paternal grandfather, Claude S. Hill; and maternal grandfather, Densil R. Davis.
Jessica is survived by her son, Clayton "C-bug" Collins of Kingsport; mother, Janet Davis Wilde (stepfather, John "Billy" Wilde) of Kingsport; brother, Chris Hill of Kingsport; stepsisters, Lauren Sliger (husband DD) and son Nolan of Jonesborough, and Jessica Wilde of Johnson City; paternal grandmother, Janice Hill of Kingsport; maternal grandmother, Marilyn Davis of Kingsport; aunts, Sharon McClain and husband Robert, Sandra Teague, April Kilby, and Suzi Hill (Stephen Bailey); great uncle, Philip Burton; and cousins, Sarah Henderson (husband Andy) and children Sawyer and Ashton, Keri McClain, Amanda Davenport (fiancé' Alex Green) and daughter Ellis, Zane Kilby (fiancé' Ashton McCoy), and Madi Kilby.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.

I am so sorry for your loss. I had previously worked with Jessica, only for a while. She was a wonderful person to work with and talk to.
