Ms. Juda Carolyn Smith August 6, 2024

CHURCH HILL - Ms. Juda Carolyn Smith, age 76, of Church Hill, Tennessee, formerly of Timber Ridge in Bluff City, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, August 6, 2024. She was the daughter of the late Ralph and Hazel Jenkins Smith. In addition to her parents, Juda was also preceded in death by her older siblings, James Edward Smith and Mary Theo Smith Groseclose; and a brother-in-law, Douglas Worley.

Juda is greatly loved and will be sadly missed by her remaining loved ones, Elbert James Lifford and his son, Ryan and her sister, Wilma Smith Worley; Donald Worley (Melissa), Jennifer Worley Quigley (Matthew) and their children, Jackson, Colin and Violet Worley and Owen Quigley, Allen Groseclose (Jeanette), Jim, Bill, Patricia Smith, Bethanne Smith Brustin and Christopher Smith.

Juda was a long-time employee of the Kingsport Press.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 10, 2024 at Sunrise Cemetery, Dry Branch Road, Bluff City, TN. Those wishing to attend the graveside service are asked to meet at the cemetery at 10:45 AM on Saturday.
