Judy Blankenship Hutton April 20, 2024
KINGSPORT - Judy Blankenship Hutton, 81, of Kingsport went to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 20, 2024. She passed peacefully in her home surrounded by those that loved her.
Judy was born to the late Reverend C.J. and Rosalee Flanary in Kingsport, Tennessee in 1942. She spent her youth in Kingsport and was a member of Orebank Baptist Church. Judy graduated from Lynn View High School Class of 1960 where she served as a Drum Major.
During her working life, Judy was a manager of Town & Tweed as well as a Medical Billings Manager at Wellmont Physicians Services for many years.
She was a long-time member of Kingsport First Assembly of God where she showcased her talent for decorating and throwing a party.
She was dedicated to living as a daughter of Christ through service to her community and neighbors.
Judy was a member of the Kingsport Lifesaving Crewettes, Kingsport Jaycees, Junior League of Kingsport, and volunteered through Ballad Health. Her life was filled with hard work, joy, love, and faith. A little bit of shopping thrown in never hurt anything either.
