GATE CITY, VA - Kenneth Neil Howington, age 58, of Gate City, Virginia, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, October 27th, 2024.

He was born in Kingsport, TN, to the late Robert and Edna Howington. In addition to his parents, Neil was also preceded in death by his brothers, Ronnie, Gary, and Gerald Howington.

Neil attended school in Gate City and became a Brick Mason. He worked in Construction for over 30 years and enjoyed hunting and fishing. Neil can best be described as funny, outgoing, and caring. A Gathering of Friends will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 2, 2024. Please contact Michelle for more information regarding the services on Saturday.
