Kimberly Renea Lawson May 2, 1963 - August 20, 2024
ROGERSVILLE - Kimberly Renea Lawson, age 61, of Rogersville, passed away on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 after a battle with Alzheimer's Disease. Kim was born on 5/2/1963, to George Davis and Brenda Harrison. She graduated Cherokee High School in 1981. She was an active member of Hawkins County Crewettes and a member of Shady Grove Missionary Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her father, George Davis; and mother, Brenda Harrison.
She is survived by her daughters, Shaleena Lawson of NC, and Amanda Lawson of TX; brothers, Jeff Davis (Rhenda) of NC, Mark Davis (Anna) of FL; stepmother, Elva Davis; stepbrother, Tom Carney (Jessie); nieces and nephews, Sophia, Luke, Laken (Cole), Evan (Lexie), and Haley; great nephew, Oaklen; special thanks to her best friend, Rita Legg. Also a special thanks to Gentiva Hospice, and the Villages of Allandale for their care.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm Saturday, August 24, 2024 at Christian Sells Funeral Home. Online condolences may be sent at www. christiansells.com.
