La Wanda Lee Barber "Lou",78, momma was born in Kingsport TN on January 26, 1945, and crossed over River Jordan January 21, 2024.
She was a loving soul that nourished everything she touched. Life was momma's most valuable asset, she grabbed it each and every day.
She made the best with every situation and touched the lives of all that knew her.
She thanked God for his mercy and grace and enjoyed sharing her testimony. Momma was a cosmetologist for over 42 years, a profession that fit her well. She loved to talk and never met a stranger.
She made a family with dad and raised three girls. Thank you, momma, for everything you did to make us a family. Thank you for the love you filled us with and every sacrifice you made. I wish we could take some of that love and share it with the whole world right now. We will forever be grateful to God for allowing us to call you momma. We will carry you with us daily. Happy birthday in heaven. Love you forever.
