BULLS GAP - Larry Edward "Eddie" Price, age 76, of Bulls Gap, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, December 8, 2025 at Park West Medical Center.
Larry was a member of First Baptist Church of Bulls Gap. Larry was saved at an early age. He enjoyed camping with family and woodworking. Larry served in the United States Army during Vietnam. He retired from TVA John Sevier Steamplant. Larry was an active member of Overton Lodge #5 F&AM and Warrensburg Lodge #631 F&AM. He was also a member of Hasson Chapter #179 OES and Fairview #80 OES.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Kathy Price; parents, Ray and Frances Price; brother-in-law, Jim Thomas.
He is survived by his daughter, Angela Barnwell (Micah); granddaughters, Olivia and Alyssa whom he cherished; siblings, Mary Ann Thomas, Karen Price, Thomas Price (Patsy), Kim Cradic (Ken); several nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and many special friends.
The family of Larry wishes to extend their sincere thanks to the critical care staff at Park West Medical Center, especially to his nurse Hudson Widrig.
The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Friday, December 12, 2025 at Christian-Sells Funeral Home, Rogersville. Masonic funeral rites will be performed by Overton Lodge No. 5 F. & a.M. prior to the funeral service.
Funeral services will be held at 7:00 pm with Rev. Ira Guinn officiating. Graveside service will be held at 11:30 am Saturday, December 13, 2025 in Mohawk Cemetery with Rev. Scott Farmer officiating. Military honors will be provided by the Hawkins County Honor Guard and Tennessee Army National Guard. Anyone wishing to follow in the funeral procession is asked to meet at First Baptist Church of Bulls Gap at 10:30 am Saturday.
Pallbearers will be Micah Barnwell, Brad Price, Tom Price, Ken Cradic, DJ Price, Gerald Thomas Price, and Ryan Price. Honorary pallbearers will be Brandon and Tucker Helton, Drew and Easton Russell.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Family and Friends Relay For Life or to the Shriner's Hospital.
