APPALACHIA, VA - Larry W. Seymour, aged 77, passed away on Sunday, December 3, 2023, at Holston Valley Medical Center.
Larry was born in Wise County, the son of the late Lloyd Melvin Seymour and Orpha Penson Seymour. He was one of five children. He was a good person married to the love of his life for 53 years. He worked hard to provide for his family. He was a loving person. He will be deeply missed by his wife, friends, and family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Joyce Ann Seymour, Gail Seymour, & James Seymour.
Left to cherish his memories, devoted wife Mary Francis Seymour ,his brother Everett Seymour, nephew Larry Seymour other close friends and loved ones.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, December 6, 2023 from 11-1 PM at Duffield Primitive Baptist Church,( 6051Natural Tunnel Parkway , Duffield , VA 24244.) After the visitation a funeral service will be conducted in the chapel of the church with Pastor Bill Lafollette officiating. Special Music will be provided by the Church's choir.
A graveside service will be held following in the Bowen Family Cemetery in Duffield, VA.
Pallbearers will be; family and church members.
