Larry Williams Obituary

KINGSPORT - Larry Douglas Williams, 80, of Kingsport, Tennessee went to be with the Lord on February 5, 2026.
For the past three years, Larry has greeted everyone with a "God bless you." He was so happy to be going to heaven to see Jesus, his wife and his family.
After he retired from the carpet business, he became a greeter at Home Depot, where he was admired by his coworkers and customers.
Larry was a veteran of the United States Air Force.
Larry was preceded in death by his father, Arnold Williams and mother, Bonnie Jean Bowers Defriece; and wife, Jackie Hauk Lowe Williams.
Those left to cherish his memory are his stepdaughter, Deborah Lowe McMichael of Winter Park, Florida; sister-in-law, Martha Jane Hauk Jones and brother-in-law, Sam Hauk, both of Kingsport, Tennessee; and several nieces and nephews.
His wishes were to be cremated with no services at this time.
He will be buried at Mountain Home National Cemetery alongside his wife.
