KINGSPORT - Margie (Sue) Cole Wyrick, 86, of Kingsport, passed away peacefully, at her home on Wednesday, February 19, 2025.
Sue was born on February 20, 1938, in Piney Flats, TN, to the late Samuel and Virgie Warren Cole. She was a very successful beautician and a member of Pleasant View Baptist Church.
In addition to her parents, Sue was preceded in death by her husband, Everett "Ed" Wyrick; sisters, Marie Goodell and Linda Neice; brothers, Ivan, Bobby Jack and Clarence Cole.
Left to cherish Sue's memory are her companion, Gerald Mayne; brothers, James W. Cole; several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
The family will receive friends from 12:00 – 1:00 pm, Tuesday, February 25, 2025, in the fireside room of Oak Hill Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be 1:30 pm at Gunning Cemetery, 4911 Memorial Blvd, Blountville, TN, with Timothy Vaughn officiating.
The family would like to thank Jackie Poss and Shirley Gates for the care and kindness provided to Sue and the rest of the family.
