CHURCH HILL - Minnie (Johnson) Greene, of Church Hill, Tn., passed away October 23, 2024. She was born May 27, 1935 at Kyles Ford, Tn. She grew up in Hancock Co. Tn. She graduated from Hancock Co. High School. She was a member of Duck Creek Baptist Church in Sneedville, Tn. She loved her pastor, Kester Bunch, and all his family and church family. She was preceded in death by her parents, Clyde & Verda (Willis) Johnson; brothers, Thurman (Lucille) Johnson & their daughter, Vickie D. and Clyde (Dorothy) Johnson; sister, Madgealene Johnson; and her loving husband, Gene Greene.
She is survived by;
Son; Jerry (Teresa) Greene & their children, son Jeremy (Kassie) Greene, daughter, Jody Peters & her children, daughter, McKinely, son, RayLynn.
Son; Marty (Natascha) Greene & their daughter, Callie (Greg Parker), & her son, Jackson & baby Parker and Marty's daughter Chelsea Greene & Kevin & son, Levi Morgan.
Nephew; Dennis (Cherlene) Johnson and their family.
Nieces; Karen Johnson and her family & Barbara (Duane) W. and their family.
Several very special 1st cousins.
To my family left behind, our love and special memories will keep us connected until we can stroll over heaven together.
The family will receive friends from 12 P.M. to 2 P.M. on Monday, October 28, 2024 at Duck Creek Baptist Church with funeral services to follow at 2 P.M. with Rev. Kester Bunch & Rev. Alan Lamb officiating
Interment will follow in the Duck Creek Church Cemetery
